How to place an order:
If you already know which product you wish to purchase, you have
a photograph in mind, and you know how you would like it edited please fill in the enquiry form stating your requirements.
We will then contact you within 3 days to discuss any additional requirements such as text, font type, colour, background
editing etc. When we have edited your photograph to your requirements will will email you a proof copy for approval. We will
also inform you of postage costs depending on your chosen carriage method. Editing can take between 3 and 7 days
depending on requirements. When you have approved your photograph proof, we will email an invoice for the purchase cost and
postage and packing. Upon reciept of payment we will produce and despatch your item. Please allow 7 days for payment
via cheque to clear. Please allow up to 28 days from your order being placed to your order being delivered, as we have to
allow time to prepare your photograph according to your requirements. Payment can be made by either cheque or postal order.
Cheque is preffered as it also serves as a record of payment. At this point in time we are unable to accept payment by credit
or debit card, or paypal.
Please note that postage costs are dependant on your chosen method
of carriage. You will be informed of postage costs before your order is processed.
Methods available are:
Standard 1st class post. Not reccommended for fragile items. No insurance
included.
Recorded delivery. Not reccommended for fragile items. Insurance
up to £34.
Special delivery. Suitable for fragile items. Higher level of insurance.
Independant courier.
